Thursday to Thursday or Sunday to Sunday are reduced by £10.00 per room per day.

Children occupying extra beds in adult accommodation, a daily charge is made of: £26.00 to include breakfast. An additional charge of: £8.00 for children's high teas or £16.00 for dinner (children over 14 years full dinner charge).  B&B rates: 0-2yrs - FREE; 3-4 - £10 per child per night; 5-14 - £26 per child per night; 14+ - £36 per child per night.
Reductions available for non sea view rooms.

How To Book

To confirm a booking, a deposit of £90.00 per person is required. In addition credit card details are required as guarantee for all bookings. Please ensure you read Cancellation of booking. 4% Discount available if payment in full is received by the end of January.

Supplements
Double Rooms for single occupancy - three quarters normal tariff. Single room - half the normal tariff. 
Small Dogs are allowed at the discretion of the Management in certain rooms at £9.50 per day, only one dog per room. All dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed in public rooms. Chamberpersons are unable to service bedrooms where dogs are left unattended.

Golf
Special rates at Merlin Golf Club for guests, free during March, October & November, Sunday to Thursday, £16.00 per round all other times.  Please enquire at other times.

Super Saver Breaks
Offered in the quieter periods throughout the year. If you would care to be kept on our mailing list for details, please contact us and these will be forwarded to you.

Group Bookings

Additional Holidays
A Special Reduction of 10% per person per day (off Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rates) is offered to guests taking an additional holiday. To encourage Family Celebrations and to introduce younger generations, direct family and close relations may also be entitled to the benefit.

Dress Code
Gentlemen are required to wear jackets or ties after 7pm in the restaurant.  During July and August we have a more relaxed dress code of "smart casual".  We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone unsuitably dressed (no jeans, shorts, flip-flops etc).

Meals Not Taken
No allowances can be made for temporary absence or meals not being taken or in the event of the accommodation being vacated before the expiry of the booking. However, by arrangement, guests may exchange dinner for a bar snack or a set lunch in the restaurant (to the value of £15.00 per person).

Room service charge of £15.50 per night for dinner not taken in the restaurant (prior notice required), £7.50 per room for breakfast and £2.40 per other visits.

Bar Snacks - extensive menu offered from 12.00 noon to 2.15 pm. Luncheon in the restaurant by arrangement.

Fresh Early Morning Tea is available for which there is a charge. DVD Hire £4.00 per day or £26 per week. Mini Coolers available for hire at £3.30 per day.
 
Bed turn down and shoe cleaning services are available on request

FREE Wireless Broadband is available on the ground floor, please bring your laptops.

Please note that not all rooms are accessible by lift.

ALL AREAS OF THE HOTEL ARE NON SMOKING.

Children over 5 years are welcome to have dinner in the restaurant with their parents before 7.30pm, a junior menu is available. Children's high teas are served in the Restaurant at 5.30 pm (under 10 years). Baby listening equipment is available and a list of babysitters can be obtained from the reception. The Children's Den and Boathouse have facilities for Pool and Table Tennis, outdoor Badminton is also available and Board Games may be borrowed from the reception.

Car Parking
Ample free spaces are available but all cars and contents are parked at owner's risk. 
Lock-up Garages available at £3.50 per day, booking advisable.

Wheelchair Users
Treglos now has bedrooms available for wheelchair users, but these rely on a lift with limited space, please enquire.

Arrivals and Departures
Rooms are available from 2.00 pm and we ask that rooms be vacated by 10.30 am. 
 
Cancellation booking
If you need to cancel your holiday there is no charge for accommodation if the cancellation occurs over 21 days before the arrival date. However, an administration charge of £16.00 per person will be made.
For cancellations under 21 days we will do our best to re-let the accommodation, but if this proves impossible you will only be charged for accomodation for all cancelled nights (no charge for food). If however a similar confirmed booking is made during the current season, at the time of cancellation, there will only be an administration charge of £16 per person. We STRONGLY recommend you take out your own holiday insurance (a very competitive travel insurance is available at your local Post Office).
We are closing the hotel on Friday 25 November ( just time to take a short break at a great price!! ) until the 1 March 2012 but our Self Catering Apartments, Swimming Pool and Glo Spa remain OPEN so you can still come and enjoy stunning Constantine Bay.
