CHILDREN occupying extra beds in adult accommodation, a daily charge is made of:
£24.00 to include breakfast. An additional charge of: £5.80 for nursery tea or £17.00 for dinner (children over 14 years full charge).
HOW TO BOOK
To confirm a booking, a deposit of £85.00 per person is required. In addition credit card details are required as guarantee for all bookings. Please ensure you read 'Cancellation of booking'. Payment in full by the end of January 4% Discount.

Double Rooms for single occupancy - one and a half times normal tariff.
Demi-Suite (16) - 60% of suite price.
Lock-up Garages - £2.50 per day
Small Dogs are allowed at the discretion of the Management at £8.50 per day, food extra. Maximum charge £70.00 per dog. All dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed in public rooms. Dogs that are left unattended in bedrooms - rooms will not be cleaned.

Offered in the quieter periods throughout the year. If you would care to be kept on our mailing list for details, please contact us and these will be forwarded to you.
Reductions (per person per day) for non sea view rooms, 10% on No. 10 and 5% on Nos. 9, 22, 23, 24, 39, 45 (Discounts not available when used as family rooms or as single occupancy).
ADDITIONAL HOLIDAYS
A Special Reduction of 10% per person per day (off Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rates) is offered to guests taking an additional holiday providing they have already had 14 days holiday during the season. To encourage Family Celebrations and to introduce younger generations, direct family and close relations may also be entitled to the benefit. Bookings must be made by the qualifying party and this is not applicable with any other offer.

GOLF £11.00 per round early and late season, £15.00 per round mid July to mid Septemer at Merlin Golf Club. FREE golf Monday to Thursday through March and November except Easter.
BRIDGE HOLIDAYS are held in March. Further details available on request.
Gentlemen are required to wear jackets or ties after 7pm in public areas.
Fresh Early Morning Tea is available for which there is a charge.
No allowances can be made for temporary absence or meals not being taken or, in the event of the accommodation being vacated before the expiry of the booking. However, by arrangement, guests may exchange dinner for a bar snack or a set lunch in the restaurant (to the value of £15.00 per person).

ALL BEDROOMS AND OTHER AREAS OF THE HOTEL ARE NON SMOKING
Children under the age of Seven are not allowed in the Restaurant after 6.00pm. Parents with babies and young children have a special breakfast service between 8.00-8.30 am. Children’s dinners are served in the Restaurant at 5.30 pm.
Baby listening equipment is available and a list of baby sitters can be obtained from the reception.
The Children’s Den and Boathouse have facilities for Pool and table tennis, outdoor Badminton is also available and Board Games may be borrowed from the reception.
Snooker Room
Car Parking - ample free spaces are available but all cars and contents are parked at their owners risk.
Treglos has bedrooms available for Wheelchair users.
Arrivals and Departures - rooms are available from 2.00 pm and we ask that
rooms be vacated by 10.30 am.
Bar Snacks - extensive menu offered from 12.00 noon to 2.15 pm.
Luncheon in the restaurant by arrangement.
Video Hire £4.00 per day or £26 per week.
Small Fridges available for hire at £2.00 per day.
Please note that not all rooms are accessible by lift.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
If you need to cancel your holiday there is no charge for accommodation if the cancellation occurs over 6 weeks before the arrival date. However, an administration charge of £12.00 per person will be made.For cancellations under 6 weeks we will do our best to re-let the accommodation, but if this proves impossible you will be charged 2/3 rds of the DBB tariff.
We strongly recommend you take out your own holiday insurance (a very competitive travel insurance is available at your Post Office).

At St. Merryn Crossroads follow signs to Newquay (B3276), after about 300 metres, turn right following Brown signs to Treglos and Constantine bay.British rail station at Bodmin Parkway is approximately 19 miles away and
Newquay Airport is 8 miles away. Transportation can be arranged to the hotel.
