Constantine & Boobys Bay

Constantine Bay has soft golden sand that reveals a large sandy bay (joined with Boobys Bay) at low tide, with rock pools to be explored to the left of the bay and sand dunes and more sandy coves to the right. It is a dog-friendly beach, mostly un-crowded, and with good surf throughout the year. Just along the coast from here are the equally lovely beaches of Treyarnon, Harlyn, Tregirls and Porthcothan.

Polzeath
Polzeath is listed as one of the best all-round beaches in the whole of Cornwall. Tucked just inside the Camel Estuary, and with the combination of Atlantic swells, Polzeath beach is one of the finest surfing beaches in the UK. New Polzeath and Pentire Glaze Haven are located to the right of the main beach in the direction of Pentire Head, which affords stunning views over the bay towards Padstow and beyond to Trevose Head Lighthouse. Daymer Bay
Unlike Polzeath, Daymer Bay has very little in the way of surf, but it is an excellent spot for swimming, windsurfing, boating or canoeing. This wide sandy beach is very sheltered, and at high tide you can walk out into the sea for quite a way. Daymer is an ideal location for families with youngsters to spend the day. Dogs allowed all year.

Trevone Bay
The village of Trevone has two beaches: one is sandy and ideal for those lazy days. It is also sheltered and has lifeguards in the summer. The other beach is rocky and boasts its own natural swimming pool, and is great for youngsters of any age to go crabbing in the rock pools or collecting shells at low tide. Also in the village is a beach stores, post office, farm shop, a local pub, a surf school and cafe. Dogs allowed all year.

Rock
Rock is a village in North Cornwall, adjacent to the harbour port of Padstow with a small beach offering all types of watersports and boat charter. Dogs not allowed between Easter and March.
